LearnZapp: Terms of Service

Definitions

• Apps:

  Our mobile applications and any services provided through the Apps. A complete list of the Apps can be found at http://www.learnzapp.com

• Company:

  Konnect L.L.C, a limited liability company registed in California, USA

• Content:

  All content, including, but not limited to information, data, text, articles, links, software, sound, music, photographs, graphic or video messages, tags or other materials uploaded, communicated, transmitted or otherwise made available or accessible via our Apps, whether publicly available or privately transmitted by a Third Party Supplier, or contributed, submitted, displayed or otherwise provided by You when using the Services, or as a result of Your interaction with other user of the Services.

• Device:

  Authorized smartphone or a tablet or other mobile device, which You own or otherwise legally control solely for Your lawful, personal, and non-commercial use.

• EULA:

  End User License Agreement, which is the legal agreement between you and us, and together with all the related documentation sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of any of our Apps downloaded and installed by you or other related Services.

• Mobile Platform:

  Platform operated by a third party (e.g. “App Store” operated by Apple, or “Google Play” operated by Google), where You may access and download the Apps to Your Device.

• Representative:

  Parent, or a legal guardian, or other representative under the applicable law of a person between 13 and 18 years of age.

• Services:

  Apps and Our related services/products and websites, which You download, install, use and/or visit.

• Third Party Suppliers:

  Third party suppliers who offer Content and/or services in conjunction with or through the Services.

• You/Licensee:

  The person, who uses Our Services under this EULA and whose data is collected, stored, processed, used and shared according to Our Policy.

• Your information:

  Your personal data and other related information.

• Fee:

  The fee paid by Licensee for downloading/subscribing the App.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LearnZapp’s mobile applications ("Apps"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our Apps.

Intellectual Property

All the content in our Apps, including text, graphics, images, and code, is the property of Konnect L.L.C and is protected by copyright laws.

Use License

You are granted a limited license to download one copy of each of our Apps for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

Privacy

Your use of the Apps is subject to Konnect L.L.C's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which informs users of our data collection practices.

Disclaimer

Our Apps are provided on an "as is" basis. Konnect L.L.C makes no warranties, expressed or implied, about the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the information contained on our Apps for any purpose.

Limitations

In no event shall Konnect L.L.C be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Apps.

Revisions and Errata

The content appearing on our Apps could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the content on our Apps is accurate, complete, or current.

Modifications to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
